A woman’s main role throughout time has been the caretaker. Often though, women get so busy taking care of others they forget about taking care of themselves. Being selfish always seems to have a negative connotation, so how do we change our thoughts to put ourselves first - to love ourselves FIRST. This is the key to helping others more profoundly. One of the greatest examples of this, is when we are on an airplane - we are to always put on our oxygen mask first, and then assist others.
THE INTENTION OF WHO WE ARE IS EVERYTHING.
As women with multiple roles, such as professionals and moms, our world keeps spinning and we get so busy with surviving the day-to-day that we lose what is important to us, in short, we lose ourselves. Do you pay attention to your intuition? Do you go through your day with intention?
Many of us don’t stop and listen to what we are being told by our inner self. But we need to, we need to listen so we can take the next steps forward. We need to follow our intention with feelings of confidence, happiness, and courage.

Horses are incapable of judgment.
What a unique thought; to go to a place where judgment does not exist, and we can just be ourselves! All those things we worry about our clothes, our weight, our spiritual or political beliefs, or where we’ve come from they don’t matter. The horses just care about helping you to be the best version of YOU that you can be. You are unique!

Often times we spend time and money on our outsides, but we neglect or forget about the inside of our being, who we really are! When we know who we are on the inside, we are radiant, we are courageous, we are strong and we can do anything we set out to do.
